The remote host is missing an update for the 'nautilus' package(s) announced via the SUSE-SU-2018:1694-1 advisory.
This update for nautilus fixes the following security issue:
- CVE-2017-14604: Fixed a file type spoofing attack by adding a
metadata::trusted attribute to a file once the user acknowledges the
file as trusted, and also remove the 'trusted' content in the desktop
'nautilus' package(s) on SUSE Linux Enterprise Software Development Kit 11-SP4, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11-SP4, SUSE Linux Enterprise Debuginfo 11-SP4
