Vulnerability Insight: The flaw is due to an error when handling certain Long requests sent via 'Host' field, which can be exploited to cause a denial of service or remote code execution. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will let remote unauthenticated attackers to cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary code. Affected Software/OS: Monkey HTTP Server version 1.2.0 and prior. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
