How do I get support?

If you need help, open up a support ticket, and someone will help you out. There is no cost for this. (You need to be logged in to access the ticketing system)

What are credits?

When you purchase a subscription to our service, you are given credits that are consumed at a rate of 5 per day per company file. Purchasing a subscription will give you 1830 credits, sufficient for one year of service for one company file. If you create a second company file, you do not need to pay anything. Instead, with 2 company files, your 1830 credits will be consumed at a rate of 10 per day, lasting 183 days, or about 6 months.

If you are trying it out as a free trial, you'll start with 1830 credits, good for one year.

By using a credit system, you have the flexibility to top up credits whenever you need based on your usage of our service, although most users will likely create a single company file only, and will need to renew their service annually.

The main dashboard that shows you your list of companies will always show you how many credits you have, how many you are using per day, and when your subscription is going to expire based on the current usage rate.

Do I have to pay extra for another user?

No. You can invite other users to access your accounting file(s) at no charge. You can invite your accountant to access your main file, or, create a copy specifically for him that only you and the accountant can access. There is no charge for an accountant copy of a file, and no charge for additional users to have access to your files.

What are the customer/vendor limits?

There are none. Set up as many customers and vendors as you need.
