Descripción:	Summary: Microsoft .NET is prone to a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. Vulnerability Insight: The flaw is due to error in the handling of the '__VIEWSTATE' parameter in 'ASP.NET', which does not properly handle an unencrypted view state. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation could allow attackers to conduct cross-site scripting attacks against the form control via the __VIEWSTATE parameter. Affected Software/OS: Microsoft .NET version 3.5 and prior. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
