Descripción:	Summary: Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) is prone to a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. Vulnerability Insight: The flaw is due to input passed via HTML e-mails is not properly sanitised in AgentTicketZoom before being displayed to the user. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow attackers to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in the context of an affected site when malicious data is being viewed. Affected Software/OS: OTRS versions 2.4.x prior to 2.4.9. Solution: Update to version 2.4.9 or later. CVSS Score: 2.6 CVSS Vector: AV:N/AC:H/Au:N/C:N/I:P/A:N
