Vulnerability Insight: Specially crafted IPv6 packet can trigger mbuf chain corruption, which may eventually lead to a kernel panic in Junos OS. Devices not configured for IPv6 are unaffected by this vulnerability. Vulnerability Impact: This vulnerability may lead to a Denial of Service attack. Affected Software/OS: Junos OS 11.4, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3 and 14.1 Solution: New builds of Junos OS software are available from Juniper.
