which mishandles leading zero characters in the octets of an IP address string.
This would allow an attacker to bypass IP-based access control.
Successful exploitation would allow an attacker to
gain unauthorized access to the target system.
Python through version 3.9.4.
Update to version 3.9.5 or later.
