Description:	Summary: Easy FTP Server is prone to a buffer overflow vulnerability. Vulnerability Insight: The flaw is due to an error while parsing 'MKD' command, which can be exploited to crash the FTP service by sending 'MKD' command with an overly long parameter. Vulnerability Impact: Successful exploitation will allow attackers to execute arbitrary code and failed attempt can lead to application crash. Affected Software/OS: Easy FTP Server Version 1.7.0.11 and prior. Solution: No known solution was made available for at least one year since the disclosure of this vulnerability. Likely none will be provided anymore. General solution options are to upgrade to a newer release, disable respective features, remove the product or replace the product by another one.
