attackers to conduct denial of service attack.

Affected Software/OS:
Node.js versions 6.x prior to 6.14.3, 8.x
prior to 8.11.3 and 9.x prior to 9.11.2

Solution:
Upgrade to Node.js version 6.14.3 or 8.11.3
